Placing an Order
We have tried to make the ordering of our products as straight forward as possible. All you need to do is select the product, size and quantity you want and add the items to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping you can go to the checkout to make your payment. We can accept orders via paypal (secure method). If you don’t have a paypal account you can still place an order. When you have selected your items for purchase, click on the Checkout with Paypal button and you can enter your card details or logon to Paypal if you do have an account. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. If you do not wish to pay online we are happy to accept payment by cheque, however, orders will not be dispatched until the funds have been received and cleared.
Delivery and Handling
We aim to post orders from the UK within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Orders under 500g will be sent via royal mail. Orders over 1kg will be sent by a trackable courier. Please see table below. Due to the risk of unexpected delays we ask that you allow for up to 10 days to receive your order. If you do not receive your goods after this time please contact us as soon as possible so that we can contact the delivery company and investigate the problem. Different prices will apply for orders outside the UK so please contact us directly for this information.

Returns and Exchanges
Emerease Natural Blends will be happy to replace any faulty or damaged item. Please contact us to discuss this. Due to the nature of the product exchanges are not possible, however, if you have been sent the incorrect blend we will exchange it at our cost. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with every purchase made from us and that you can be assured of a professional and reliable service.
Products, Prices and Content
Information displayed on our website and other printed material is updated regularly and is as accurate to the best of our knowledge. We have aimed to include as much information as possible about each of the products so that you are able to make the appropriate choice when making your selection. We also offer a free sample service so that you can try a product out before committing to making a purchase. However, we reserve the right to refuse this service if we feel that advantage is being taken of this service. We want to ensure that we provide an excellent quality product to our customers and continue to research our suppliers to make sure we can do this. However, we reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
We regret that sample pots are only available to residents of the UK at this time.
One sample per household per year. Samples are sent at our discretion and are subject to availability. By providing us with your email and postal address you are opting in to receive future mail and email communications from us, you can easily unsubscribe from these at any time.
If you are buying our product to use on other people, such as a therapist to use on clients, we would recommend that you first check with your insurance provider to confirm that your policy will cover you to use our massage wax.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Emerease Natural Blends until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
